Miniature Wargaming Tampere (peliporukka/gaming group)

Yksi Tampereen figupelailupelailu ryhmistä, AOS: Tampere, päivitettiin hiljaittain uudelle nimelle Miniature Wargaming Tampere. Päivityksen tarkoituksena on laajentaa pelaajakuntaa, mutta myös vastata ryhmäläisten pelitoiveisiin paremmin.

Kyseisen ryhmän olen alkujaan perustanut Puolenkuun peleillä liikkeen omaksi turnausryhmäksi, mutta missään vaiheessa ei olla eikä tulla puuttumaan mihin tahansa figupelaamisen sopimiseen yms. jutusteluun.

Tarkoituksena on ryhmän kautta informoida liikkeen turnauksista (mm. Warhammer Underworldsia pelailtiin ennen koronaa) sekä muista pelipäivistä ja kampanjoista.

Koska ryhmässä on monia jäseniä, jotka pärjäävät suomea paremmin englannin, "virallinen" kieli on pääsääntöisesti englanti. Suomea saa käyttää, eikä sitä katsota pahalla.

IN ENGLISH

One of the gaming groups of Tampere AOS: Tampere was recently updated to Miniature Wargaming Tampere to make it clearer that we are not only playing Age of Sigmar.

I founded this group as a forum for the tournaments and gaming events hosted at Puolenkuun Pelit Tampere. This does not mean that the group is solely focused on "store only" events and we encourage the members to keep the playing how ever they feel like.

The main purpose of the group is to inform the participants about upcoming events (like Warhammer Underworlds tournaments we held before covid).

Since we have a number of players that are more comfortable with English the Finnish the "official" language of the group is (usually) English. Using Finnish is not frowned upon though.

Path to Glory 2021 is about to begin!

In the hopes of getting games on the table at Puolenkuun Pelit Tampere we are starting a slowgrow campaing of Path to Glory. Currently all the info about the campaign is "start with 600p. armies and remember this is a narrative campaign".

Our campaign map and starting locations look currently like this. Notice that there isn't any real meaning behind the bases. They just support the narrative.

More info about the campaign is given in our Facebook Group (link in the first post) as well as in our Whatsapp group (PM for joining). We haven't played a single game yet and you can join in at any time.
