Eikö grail shieldissä lue että "his blessing save is improved to 4+ blaablaa..."? Ei ole kirja lähettyvillä, mutta näin muistelisin.

It truely can go either way and neither is right nor wrong when going by the letter of the rules. I am shocked that this simple question hasn't recieved a FAQ in the amount of time. This isn't a "how is the game played" question. It is a "what did you intend this item to do or not" question. There shouldn't be any trouble in answering it.
