Just wanted to make sure that it doesn't come as surprise later on. In caster draft will the draft decks be provided by the TO or must every player contribute their own deck?

Major changes to tournament rules two days before the event starts? Cool. Especially since we may not know for sure what those changes will contain when leaving home on Friday, so it'll be basically impossible to prepare for e.g. point cost increases on the fly. I don't have the time to keep an eye on all possible social media for random tidbits of spoilers that may or may not be final.

Will an army list that's legal on Friday at 12.00 when I leave home be legal to play in the Saturday event? That's what I need to know.

So please relax and know you and your enjoyment will not be invalidated. I had prepped many options to cover any issues that could occur in this event. Just come out and play some bad ass games.

As far as we know (based on today's Dev Talk) there's no guarantee that the update will go live on Friday, so it's a logistical nightmare to have to prepare for either possibility, especially for people who don't live in or near the capital who can't very well go home to pick up some extra models on Friday night.

This means I can't pick any non-spoiled Theme force because I cannot know what it's going to include on Saturday. Yes, in all likelihood I can include every model that I could pre-update, but some requisition options are changing so radically that I'd be handicapping myself by not taking advantage of the new ones.

Not blaming you, personally, for anything. It's always someone's event that's going to land on top of a major update. But since PP is specifically giving TO's a choice in this matter, I feel that it is my right to voice my opinion in the matter regarding that decision.

I'm as excited about the Oblivion stuff as anyone, but I'm afraid rushing to adopt these major changes on the fly, mid-event, may sour the experience.
