Moving to rendezvous with the Provost of Settlement Tertius Gamma, Hive 1.
(sporadic gun fire at the backround)
The hunt for the “Divine Child” has brought me on Necromunda. This is our fourth day down in the underhive of hive 1. We made contact with the second heretic cawdor cell on Hive 1, I believe they call themselves the “SwellMob”.
(subject catching breath, appearing to be moving fast)
We had to quickly engage, without proper reconnaissance and swot analysis. The fire fight was fierce. Madsen and Abbot went out of action and Cherokee was put down – I was forced to disengage the team, uncertain of the enemy numbers. We killed one of them and put another in a world of hurt, but no prisoners to interrogate. We would have to hunt them down again.
I sent my men to collect equipment, resources and information as normal. I had made some dealing myself. An ancient fine, balanced blade, with a powerfield-generator of magnificent design was a true find at the outlaw trading post. I had sent it to be blessed by the Provost of the Chapel of our Settlement. This cost me 9 extra credits, but would be worth it in smiting the heretic – the daemon and the alien.
Interrogating one of the traders gave me useful inside information.

I am proud of my men. The young are learning fast and benefiting from my experienced servants and friends and I’ve been impressed with the skills the team has acquired. We will be ready when the “divine child” is found or chooses to reveal himself.
