This is my first try with this kinda spam list and it really kicks ass, though I have to drop Land Raider and one or two speeders and replace them with Baals. As a base I used some Stelek's lists but because I have no idea what I'm doing and because I lack the miniatures I came up with this list. By the way we both use BA codex

I got the iniative.
Deployment: Spearhead. Everything should be in cover. We had 5 killpoints picked from lists and five objectives. One in every corner and one in the middle. My land raider team is on the objective right down corner. Blues team has two raiders, which hold a massive amount of termies, priests and chaplains. This is first time we try out this kind of scenario.



TURN 1: Tar she blows, blue team advances my gunline. I have driven forth a little bit, shot at his Land raiders with 8 lasers and got to immobilize the in the back holding 5 lightningglovetermies. That also jammed his razors which came after it.

TURN 2: Blues wrecked my Land Raider and I paid back and exploded his Crusader. Drove to better positions to give some plasmalove to his termies. He also immoes one of my razors in the top right.


Random shooting, I'm hammering his tanks and he just ate me one assault squad which meltad some termies from him. I'm trying to stay behind rhinos and melta him from as far as I can.


Melta. laser and plasma works on termies though they have fnp and fearless. I fed him one speeder and he took it and didn't hammer my rhino wall down :)


I think this is turn three, I'm getting ready to grab all three objectives and take the killpoints off the terminators.


He's grabbing objectives with his assaulties. Later I'll beat them with my riflemen, but I'm not sure I have any pictures of that.




I think this is turn four, I have eaten both his terminatorsquads and I have lost only one squad of assaults and one speeder. Apparently my new list got him confused :)


I'm confirming my victory by driving a wall of Iron between his troops and MY objective. I have grabbed the one in right upper corner. He tried t odeny it with an assault squad, but my razor, assaultsquad and rifledread disagreed. He got one killpoint from my speeder. I won the game with three killpoints and three objectives. He had one killpoint and one objective so the game ended 2-6. Angelguard won!


This was so different playing from where I've used to. We both just stumbled and feels like neither of us did make any advance. He should've been much more aggressive while he just stood there and I shot him off the table. It's more than 2 months since my last game, I really have to practise more. Please comment and tell me what I need to do with this army? Changes for the list? Strategy, what's that :)??

Ihan näpsäkkä raportti, vaikka enhän minä 40ksta mitään ymmärräkkään. Hienot maastot ja napit ainakin,

Kiva kun oli paljon hyviä kuvia, muutama close-shotti olis ollu myös kiva. Figutkin näytti olevan maaleissa. Mitä itse listaan tulee niin aika hirvitys, hyvässä ja huonossa ;)
Raporttina ''värikkäämmät'' listat ja eri codexit olisi tietty maukkaampia. Tulisi enemmän sitä atmosfääriä minun mielestä, vaikka powerplaysta tykkäisikin.

Itse pelaamiseen en osaa oikein vastata, kun ei ollut sen kummempia vuoro-selostuksia.

Juu, värikkäämmät listat ei ole enää mun juttu enää. Nyt otetaan armeijasta tehot irti.

Pudotin listasta lantikan, kessuille tuli hand flamerit, dredit vaihtui predatoreihin ja yksi speeder baal predatoriksi. Yksi unitti tuli lisää razorbackin kanssa.
