Warmachine/Hordes tournament in Sipoo 25.-25.8.2012
The tournament will be played in a 100 m2 seaside cabin in Sipoo 30 km from Helsinki. There is a cabin building, a separate sauna building, small grill, large forest and the Baltic sea. The address is Mikaelsintie 16, Sipoo.
Tournament fee is 45 euros. The tournament fee includes full upkeep for the weekend! That means free transport to/from Helsinki, breakfast, lunch, dinner, supper, sausages, children's drinks, adult's drinks etc etc!
The tournament is aimed in addition to finns, any foreigners who want to experience a weekend's worth of finnish culture in the form of a cabin holiday.

Friday
18:00 -> Arriving. Practice games, sauna, metagaming etc..
Saturday:
11:00 - 13:30 1. Game
13:30 - 14:00 Lunch
14:00 - 16:30 2. Game
16:30 - 19:00 3. Game
19:00 - 07:00 Sauna + beer
Sunday:
9:00 - 11:30 4. Game
11:30 - 12:00 Lunch
12:00 - 14:30 5. Game
15:00 - 19:00 packing, cleaning, chilling and leaving to Helsinki

Don't bother with international money transfers if it's going to cost you transaction fees etc.
Foreigners get places before any finnish registrants if they register before the 15th of August.
Rules:
Each player brings 2 lists at 42 pts (+8 point reinforcements). SR2012 v.1.3 with the following changes:
* 55 min deathclock with variant (if both players have under 5 min remaining at the start of a turn, the game ends immediately and is settled on tiebreakers. )
* 5-Round event
* Hardcore Painting Requirements
* If using two lists, both lists must be used at least twice
Sauna
Bring a towel. If you're brave enough you can swim in the sea. It shouldn't be that frozen in august.
Spending the night
There is floor space available. Bring your own sleeping pads and sleeping bags. There are some mattresses available for the quick and lucky. The nearest hotel is ~30 km driving distance away.
