Battle of Westridge 2013: WarmaHordes tournament in Sweden!

Hello everybody!
The club Västerås Warhammer invites you all to participate in Battle of Westridge 2013!
We started out small last year but this year our goal is to become one of the biggest and the best WarmaHordes tournaments in Sweden. In short, this is a tournament you don't want to miss!
Where and when will all of this happen?
Battle of Westridge will take place on the 7th - 8th of September in the Swedish city of Västerås (about 1½ hour drive from Stockholm, or 1 hour with train). The venue for the tournament will be the great hall at the Rudbeck school. This is a big and nice venue with lots of breathing room!
How will the tournament be played?
We will be playing 50 point lists. You can bring 1-2 lists, if you bring 2 lists you don't have to play both. We will be using 60 minute deathclocks, but deployment will not be done on the clock. We will play 6 games regardless of how many participants we get (if we get more than 64 players we will add a 7th game however). We will be using hardcore painting requirements, which means that we will only allow fully painted and based armies. Tiebreakers will be standard according to SR 13; SoS > CP > AP.
Signing up and paying for the tournament
You sign up to the tournament by sending an e-mail containing your name and phone number to [email protected].
It costs 250 Swedish crowns to participate. Payment info will be up soon, we're checking options for international payments.
You will be required to send your lists to us in advance. The last day to send in your lists will be the 23rd of August. Send your lists to [email protected].
There will be a classroom where you can sleep, bring your own sleeping bag! This is included in the cost of the tournament but we require you to tell us in advance if you want to sleep over, so we can book the appropriate amount of sleeping rooms.
Awards
We will be giving out awards for 1st - 3rd place in the tournament and also a Best painted army award.

9:30 Tournament opens, sign-in. Make sure you get here in good time so you have time to sign in and get your army ready before the first game begins!
