The Irish WTC committee is proud to announce that there will be a Solo Masters event running at the WTC 2015. This will be taking place during the WTC team event in the Killarney Conference Centre, Ireland on the 18th – 20th September. The Solo Masters will be a 128 player event following the 2015 Masters rules pack and is a qualifier event for the European Invitational event at Clogcon 2015.

Ticket prices will be €175 per player, and will include shared accommodation for 2 nights, dinner on the Friday night; breakfast, lunch and dinner on the Saturday; and breakfast and lunch on the Sunday.

Tickets sales will be split into 2 waves, both of 64 players. The initial wave will be limited to 8 players per country served on a first-come-first-served basis for a 1 month waiting period. This is to ensure that there is an opportunity for players from all over the globe to attend. When the country cap is reached, any additional players from that country applying will be put into a draw for tickets after the waiting period. After 1 month, if the 64 player spots have not been filled, names will be drawn at random from the pool of players expressing interest in attending.

The first wave of tickets will go on sale March 1st, 2015. The second wave of tickets will not have a capped entry and will be put on sale on the 1st of April 2015. Tickets can be purchased by sending an email to [email protected] starting on March 1st with your name and country. You will receive a return email with payment instructions once the team sorts out all the country entries.

Mulla onkin kysely vetämässä WTC-komitean suuntaan, että saako rahat takaisin Solo Mastersista, jos tulee valituksi varsinaiseen WTC-joukkueeseen. We understand that some people wanting to attend the Solo Masters may wish to switch to their national team if they get chosen. Be advised that refunds for your Solo Masters tickets will only be granted up until May 31st.
