Onko listasi tehty turnauksia varten vai ihan hupipelaamiseen?

Knight commander on oiva valinta kenraaliksi, sillä pärjää ihan hyvin lähiksessä ja hyvä pelti myös. Itsekin käytän sitä kenraalina. Kaksi pikkuvelhoa on aika perus valinta. Tuli on hyvä lore 9th agessa. Bösbin varustuksessa ei mitään korjattavaa. Core on toimiva; ei mitään korjattavaa. Crossbowmenit ovat imo parempia kuin handgunnerit pidemmän rangen takia. Sen sijaan Special osastoa voisit parannella.20 ja 10 imperial guardia on aika vähän. Kuolevat nopeasti lähiksessä sillä 4+ pelti ei aina pelasta varsinkin kun 9th agessa hyvin moni monsteri tai yksikkö lyö vähintään sen strena 4 iskuja. Poista siis molemmat 10 imperial guard yksiköt ja tee yksi isompi yksikkö, jossa on vähintään se 30 ukkoa. Outriderien nimi on nykyään Reiters ja ne voivat valita brace of pistols tai repeater handgun. Mun mielestä kolme yksikköä on vähän liikaa. Unwieldy erikoissääntö toisaalta tekee Reitersista repeater handguneilla ihan käyttökelpoisia, mutta turnauksissa niitä ei silti usein näe.Ampuminen sulla on kunnossa: volley gun ja cannon ovat Empiren parhaimpia tykkejä edelleen. Steam tank on hyvä valinta jumittamaan vihollisen jalkaväkiyksikköä, jolla on pieni strena.

Tässä siis muutama ajatus listastasi Empire pelaajan näkökulmasta. Toivottavasti oli jotakin hyötyä.

Sulla, Amai, kun ei ilmeisesti ole just näitä ukkoja maalattuna tai yleensäkään näitä kaikkia armeijoita, lienet pelillisen asetelman johdattelema. Mutta haetko tehoja ja/vai tyyliä? Vai haluatko kokeilla ääripäitä - listoja, joita ei niin usein näe? Vai haluatko kokeilla tiettyjä komboja tai yksikkötyyppejä?

Pieni esimerkki:

Diggaan kahta 10 vahvuista Imperial Guardia ilman mitään lisiä. Diggaan niitä siksi, että olen monta kertaa miettinyt, miten voisin käyttää niitä siten, että niiden ottamisesta olisi jotain todellista hyötyä. Kuten Jean tuossa summasi, ne olvat aika fragiileita. Bodyguardin kanssa ne olisivat jo jotakin, mutta siihen taas tarvitaan hero, jonka jälkeen yksikkö onkin aika kallis ja hintansa puolesta houkutteleva maali kenelle tahansa vastustajalle. Ja 80 pojolla saisi 20 miekkamiestä (Seasoned Generalin kanssa 100 pojolla saisi 20 WS 4 miekkamiestä).

Joten miksi otit nämä kaksi 10-miehen Imperial Guard yksikköä, ja mitä aiot niillä taktisesti saavuttaa?
