Moro, tämmösen Blood bowl-turnauksen ajattelin järjestää. Paikkana Mäntyharju, Haukilahti. Tässä säännöt ja ohjeet:

Team creation:
Teams have 1100000 gold plus extra cash depending on team’s tier to buy the team, rerolls, apothecary, fan factor, cheerleaders, assistant coaches and inducements. All official teams in the CRP are welcome, as well as the three new races (Slann, Chaos Pact, and Underworld.)

Inducements:
Goblins are allowed to buy up to 3 Bribes for 50k each and Halflings are allowed to buy a Halfling Master Chef for 100k. Halfling, goblin, ogre and underworld teams may buy up to two star players, but you still need at least 11 regular players in your team. No other inducements are allowed.

Skills:
All skills will be chosen before the tournament and will stay the same for all matches throughout the tournament. See the tier chart below for information on how many and which type of skills your selected team can choose. A coach may use some or all of the extra cash (tier 2 & 3) to buy skills. The rest is added to the team treasury and used towards building the team. Skills are priced as follows, 20K for a normal skill and 30K for a double skill. Skill stacking or stat upgrades are not allowed.

Team tiers, skills and extra cash:
During team creation, you will get the following benefits to your team according to the tier your team belongs to:

Tier 1 (Undead, Wood elf, Chaos Dwarf, Dark Elf, Lizardmen, Dwarf, Norse, Amazon, Skaven, Orcs,):
6 normal skills

Tier 2 (Necromantic, Elf (Pro), High Elves, Human, Slann, Chaos, Chaos Pact, Nurgle, Khemri,):
6 normal skills, 1 double skill and 20 000 gp extra cash,

Tier 3 (Underworld, Vampire, Goblin, Hafling, Ogre):
6 normal skills, 1 double skill and 50 000 gp extra cash

Resurrection
This is a resurrection tournament. Casualties are ignored at the end of the game, no SPPs or winnings are ever earned and your team-value is never calculated. In essence you play with the exact same team all 4 games.

Illegal procedure:
Will not be called in this tournament in order to keep things nice and friendly.

Time limit:
Each game will have 2 hours and 15 minutes to be completed. The time schedule is not too strictly enforced because of the relaxed theme of the tournament. If the game seems to be running out of time, the referee can extend their gaming time with 5-10 minutes if they have only a few turns left. In any other case the coach going second is allowed to finish his/her turn so that both coaches get to play an even number of turns.

Being late:
If you are more than 30 minutes late your opponent is entitled to force you to concede. Winning a game this way gives a 1-0 win (TD wise) and 0-0 on the casualty tiebreaker. If you are more than 15 minutes late and the time rule is enforced you will only get 1/3 of the remaining time and your opponent will get 2/3 of the remaining time.

Dice:
No dice hogging, any dice used are allowed to be used by both coaches. Any cocked dice (called a mökki or a kirkko) should be rerolled.
Tournament specific rules:
This tournament will use a special kick-off table that will use a special method of deciding which coach wins any kick-off result that requires them to roll a dice for it.

Kick-off table:
2: The ref's challenge: The coaches challenge the referee (tournament organizer) to a round of finnish darts (a traditional summer cottage game). If they beat the referee they receive one free bribe.

3: Riot: If the receiving teams turn tracker is on turn 7 for the half, both teams move their turn marker one space back. If the receiving team has not yet taken a turn this half both teams move their turn marker forward one space. Otherwise roll a d6. 1-3both teams' turn marker is moved one space forward and 4-6 one space back.

4: Perfect defence: The kicking team may setup his/her team again into another legal defence.

5: High kick: The receiving team is allowed to move one player not in an opposing players tackle zone into the square where the ball will land.

6: Cheering fans: Coaches play a round of finnish darts and add 4 to their score for every cheerleader on their team roster and add their FAME x2. The coach with the higher score gets an extra reroll this half. If both coaches have the same score, then both coaches get a reroll.

7: Changing weather: Make a new weather roll. The ball also scatters and additional d8.

8: Brilliant coaching: Coaches play a round of finnish darts and add 4 to their score for every assistant coach on their team roster and add their FAME x2 The coach with the higher score gets an extra reroll this half. If both coaches have the same score, then both coaches get a reroll.

9: Quick Snap!: The receiving team may move all of his players one square to any direction, including those in opposing players tackle zones.

10: Blitz!: The kicking team receive an extra turn and play it immediately using all the normal rules. However players starting this extra turn in an enemy tackle zone may not perform any actions.

11.: Throw a rock: Both coaches throw one dart and add their FAME. The coach with the lower score gets one of his players thrown at with a rock. Decide randomly which player is hit. If the score is a tie a player from both teams gets thrown at with a rock. The player(s) hit suffer an immediate injury roll.

12: Pitch invasion: Both coaches throw a dart for every opposing player on the pitch and add their FAME. If the dart scores a 9 on the dart board then the player is stunned (players with the ball and chain are KO'd instead).

Paint and miniatures
Your miniatures should be painted with at least 3 colours, clearly numbered and based. It should also be clear what positional the miniature is intended to be. If your opponent can't easily recognize the different player types on your team, you must let him mark them somehow (without damaging the miniatures, of course). This could be with bottle caps or colored rings etc. We encourage you to use the following base colouring guidelines:
Gray/Black - Linemen or equivalent
White - Thrower
Yellow - Catcher, Runner
Green - Blocker (inc. Mummies and Tomb Guardians)
Red - Blitzer (inc. Berserkers and Wardancers)
Blue - Striker (inc. Witch Elves and Troll Slayers)
Purple - Secret Weapons (inc. Assassin)
Big Guys may use Green, Red, Blue, Purple or Black.
