Iron Bolter. 40K Tournament in Tallinn

When I joined the community, we had a 40k tournament called "Iron Bolter". And I thoguht, why not resurect it! Instead of making a new one.
DATE: Sunday, 12 November at 12.00.
The tournament will be held at Lorien Paldiski mnt 67
Tallinn, Estonia.
Tournament entry fee will be 25 Euros.
The fee should be paid until 31.10. with no refunds.
The money will be used to buy prizes for the five winners.
First, second, third places will be awarded with prizes. Prizes will also be awarded to "Best Painted Army" and "Best Sportsman", which will be community voted.
Rules: Warhammer 40,000 Matched Play.
Fully painted armies "3 colors" + finished bases + fully assembled + No proxies.
Army size: 1550 Points.
Army composition: All armies must be battle forged.
All army lists should be made in "Battle Scribe" or "Army Builder" And printed out for the tournament.
Restrictions:
1 - Ynnary army can use their "Soul Burst" special rule only twice per gaming round. Once in their turn and once in the opponents turn. This doesn’t count "Word of the Phoenix".
2 - Codex specific strategems are not allowd, due to the fact, that not every codex is yet released.
Publications in use: All current and in-print Warhammer 40,000 Index books and Codexes from Games Workshop and Forge World, unless their release falls on the weekend of the event. We expect you to use the most current datasheets for your models – e.g. those found in a Codex rather than an Index if a Codex is available for your army. This means that you may use Faction-appropriate Index datasheets that might not appear in your Codex (such as Chaplain on Bike)
1. If army is battleforged, all troops in a detachment that all from the same army (Space Wolves, Orks etc.) get objecive secured like the new codecies give
2. First turn will be a rolloff and who deployed their army first, will +1 to the roll
Missions:
1 game: Mission: Big Guns Never Tire
Deployment: Dawn Of war.
2 game: Mission: No Mercy
Deployment: Front Line Assault
3 game: Mission: The Relic ( Player holding the relic will get 8 points. If no one is holding the relic, the player nearest to it will get 4 points. If both players have models equally to the relic, they will get 2 points each.)
Deployment: Spear Head Assault
