Saimaa Gaming Ry proudly represents its first two-day Warhammer 40K single tournament in this Autumn! It happens right besides the beautiful Saimaa lake at Imatra Kylpylä in Southern Karelia region of Finland. It'll be held at the Sport Arena of the resort.
There are not only brutal and merciless battles during the weekend, but also an awesome Campfire & Barbecue party in the Saturday evening (free participation for all tournament players, ofc if the weather allows)!
This event hosts 56 player spots. If the tournament is full, you can register in the queue at Sotavasara as well. ( Below this post)
Reserve your player spot by registering for the event in BCP and complete the payment to Saimaa Gaming Ry. Only a complete payment secures the spot in the tournament. The payment deadline is Saturday 20.9.2025 at 22:00. After that, the "Early-bird" price will expire, the normal entry fee to the tournament will be applied, 50 euro/player.

Army rosters
Army rosters will be submitted by the player himself to BCP in CLEAR texts format, submission deadline is Wednesday 24.9.2025 at 18:00. Lists will be published when all lists have been submitted and checked. A delayed submission of the list will result in the forfeiture of Battle Ready Points (10 points) for each game in the tournament.
All terrains and gaming mats are the property of organizers, therefore cleanliness is expected. If any terrain or mats are damaged or stained due to negligence, the responsible player will be accountable to cover the expenses.
2000 pts Strike Force armies. Using the Chapter Approved 2025-2026 mission deck and Battle Points (0-100). Tiebreakers as follows: WINS / BATTLE POINTS / WINS SOS
Rules cut off date is Saturday 20.9.2025. Rules released after this time will not be in use.
The results of the games are submitted into the BCP/ITC ranking.
First round pairs will be randomly drawn, followed by Swiss pairing (wins / random)
Armies must be painted and based (Battle Ready), figures should be as WYSIWYG as possible. Conversions are allowed, but the conversion should be descriptive. If you are uncertain whether miniatures in the army are playable, send a photo/message to TO before the tournament! Failure to meet Battle Ready standards will result the loss of Battle Ready points (10 points).
Terrain formate will be WTC medium. Table layouts will be published later. Players will setup the terrain for next round after their own games finished, by using terrain maps provided by the TOs.
The tournament uses the WTC FAQ to resolve unclear situations. Army specific FAQs will be in use as well.
The tournament requires All participants maintain good manners during the whole weekend.
Time management is the responsibility of both players, games must end within the fixed round time. The use of a chess clock is recommended. If a chess clock is used, then WTC clock rules are in use. If either player requests the use of a chess clock, a clock must be used, the player requesting the use of a chess clock must be able to provide the chess clock. If a player has repeated problems with timekeeping, a sanction may be incurred.
Players may ask for time extension from the TOs. Any games resolved with a time extension, will be resolved with a static board state.

1. Lunches: Imatra SPA hotel has delicious lunch buffet on both Saturday and Sunday. The dining area is couple minutes walking from the tournament room. The price is 18e/person (norm: 22e), paid by the players themselves.
2. Saturday night Campfire & Grill party: all tournament participants are welcome to join the party free of charge. Here you can relax and enjoy the whole community after the first intensive battle day. Please Bring your own food and drinks! Hot charcoal grills will be provided by the TOs at the campfire location. We have reserved Laavu for this activity. Late September night might be cold, please keep yourself warm. Starts 21:00 ->
