Will we see a standardization of things like True Grit and Fearlessness in 4th Ed, or a centralized glossary of "Special Rules" (like in Fantasy) for these things?
We have a universal special rules section that covers virtually every rule currently appearing in more than one codex.
In what order are we likely to see the new codices come out in?
Well, given that space marines and tyranids will be in the new boxed set that should be a strong clue.
Is there going to be a marines doctrine system, if so, is it going to be like the guard one or something else completely?
There will be a chapter trait system, it will be less far-ranging than doctrines because the book covers chapters that conform to the codex astartes. The options will therefore be more flavour driven. It is essential that the best marine army that can be derived from the book does not use traits at all.
