Three leaders of fierce norska tribes were gathered in the shadow of the great monolith dedicated to Khorne the bloodgod. Lalli, the exalted champion of Satagundiands, sat on a huge daemonsteed. He had killed a petty apostole of Slaanesh clalled Henry of the svea-tribe.
Beside him was Jaakko Ilkka of Österbotnians who had started a rebellion
against the svea opressors. For this mighty Khorne had given him a gift of a whirling chainaxe and a chainsword. His armour had transformed to a
daemonic powerarmour which gave him great strenght.
Last of the chaos champions was Johannes, the slaughterer of sveans, supreme leader of Karelians. Johannes had been gifted with a daemon arm and a chaos power armour. His retinue of knights were granted many daemonic gifts.
Each champion had his retinue of seven knights and eight hunting hounds.
There were eight outriders from tavastians. Air was filled with screams
of eight daemonic furies wich were circling above the monolith. Two
enormous bloodbeasts stood beside the altar.
Lalli spoke: "Mighty Khone has given me a vision of blood and a mound of
skulls. Armies of decadent slaaneshworshipping perverts are gathering at
the fields of Taby. Other armies are also approaching the location. We must now ride there bearing holy banners of khorne and slay everyone to build great pyramid of skulls. Now each of us are numbed eight so nothing can stop us."
Simultaneously every one chanted: "Blood for the blood god, Skulls for the throne of Khorne". The furies, the bloodbeast and the hounds howled, horses stamped their mutated hooves and the Army of blood marched on.
