Liyannamalj (farseer)

Liynnamalj is one of the most ancient eldars in their craftworld. But she is still very open minded compared to hers fellow farseers. And she is almost like a mother to hers people, and will protect them against any threat. She might not be the most skilled warrior, but what she lacks in skill, she gains double in purposefullnes.
Minhokhnir (farseer)

Special rules: Fortune affects every of your infantry units within 6´´ of the Minhokhnir, instead of just one.

Minhokhnir is a serious and grim even among his race, and he concentrates very hard on his every little action. The power of forecasting is very strong within him, and it’s almost possible to sence the aura of determination around him. But there is one soft place even on his mind, his foster child Nalmnan who sadly has lost her mind a long time ago.
Asturrian (warlock)

Powers: Destructor
Special rules: Destructor has ap3 instead of normal 4. When used you must take a leadership test, if it fails it then destructor shoots into a random direction (determined by scatter dice, if HIT is rolled, then you can decide the direction similarly as you had passed the test).
Points: +1p (shuriken pistol) +1p (close combat weapon) +20p(special destructor) =+22p
Even Minhokhnir pales in comparison in Asturrian, the mysterious eldar with an unknown past. At the first time when you meet Asturrian, you might even think he is mute, because if he has an option not to speak, he will definitely use it. Butt in battle Asturrian concentrates his burning rage to a mighty wave of flesh-tearing energy that is powerful enough to kill even a full grown space marine.

Special rules: Can use the psychic power mind war (even though he is warlock)

The youngest warlock of the council, Addimokhir is so gifted, that he is almost as powerful as a farseer, if it comes to psychic skills, but even so he is still full of the energy of youth. He will definitely come to a something great, if he just lives long enough.
Nalmnan (warlock)

Powers: Destruction of souls
Special rules: Destruction of souls: Can be used in shooting phase instead of shooting. All enemy models within 12´´ of Nalmnan take S2 hit with no armor save allowed. (Invulnerable saves can be taken as normal)
Nalmnan must remain within 2´´ of Minhokhnir all the time, or she will flip out. If Nalmnan is not within 2´´ of Minhokhnir she will go wandering like spore mine, and use Destruction of souls on a roll of 4+. If the power is used that way it effect all models within 12´´, including your own ones.
Nalmnan looks world so differently compared to normal eldars that the council counts as suffering wraithsight as long as Nalmnan is not slain.

Points: +5p(runes of witnessing) +40p(destruction of souls) –15p(”wraithsight”) –5p(-2WS, -2 BS, -1S, -1T, -2I) =+25p
When Nalmnan was younger, she was too ambitious and tried to look too far to future and something went really wrong, forcing Nalmnan to give up a part of her mind. Nowadays she is not completely present in the world we know, so everybody else must look after her constantly.
