Kun deathwizard tuossa yhtenä päivänä esitteli ideansa matsista, jossa kummallakin olisi omatekoinen ukkonsa armeijassa, ajattelin aluksi käyttää Kääpiöille jo tekemääni spessua, mutta sitten päähäni iski hullu ajatus: Rottamies ratsastamassa mekaanisella skryre-klaanin tekniikan ja warpstonen taikuuden avulla liikkuvalla lohikäärmellä, joka olisi Jättimäinen isolla J:llä. Siitä sitten värkkäämään ja seuraavanlainen väkerrys tästä tuli:

Past these two years the Hold of Kazad bin Grung has been attacked twice by a skaven clan named "the Dragontooth clan". The warlord of this clan is Squeekit Wizardbane, a crazed ratman, who rides to a battle on his mostrous machine of destruction. The ratmen call this piece of skaven technology into a "Warp Dragon". I, Renrax Lavariver and three other runesmiths of this hold managed to capture one warlock engineer from Dragontooth clan and after seven days of "hospitality" the warlock told us all it knew about Squeekit.
Appereantly, about 17 years ago, Sqeekit belonged into a group of stormvermins, the elite warriors of skaven clan. They were the bodyguards of the warlord of Dragontooth clan that time. The clan was attacked by a nearby clan and was wiped out. Squeekit was the only survivor and managed to escape his enemies into a outside world. Only armed with his halberd and metal armour he wandered to a root of World edge mountains. There he met a human wizard, who took the unknown creature to his tower. There those two made a deal: the Wizard would teach Squeekit to read, and in change Squeekit would give information about skaven race. Two years passed until one day, wizard captured Squeekit and throwed him into a cage. By magic, he hammered pieces of warpstone into a Squeekits flesh. Mad in pain and hatred, and empowered by raw magic, Squeekit torn the cage into pieces and ripped the unfortunate wizards throat open. After hammering the body a while, Squeekit calmed and continued his studies. We presume, that Squeekit found his magical armour from the wizards tower.
A year later, Squeekit came to the clan Skryre, asking to get some help in his plan. No one knows, how did he get the help he needed, but after a day or two, he marched from the skaven city with 200 slaves, 100 clanrats and 20 warlock engineers. They barricaded themselves into a huge hall, which had been a dwarven thronehall. 9 years they were in there, sudden flashes of light and screams of pain emerging from the hall all day long. After the noises and lights had faded, skaven started to flow towards the hall entrance. Suddenly the whole entrance and great piece of wall fell to ground and hundreds of skaven were crushed underneath. Survivors looked in horror, when the prototype of Warp Dragon emerged from the ruined hall, Squeekit riding on it with grin on his face. With its metal body, green-burning eyes, its tail whipping from side to side, it slowly walked through the mass of fur to the Chief Warlock. For a while, the Chief and Squeekit stared at each other, until Squeekit roared: "I want my reward!". all was silent, only the echo of his voice ws bouncing off the walls of the underground cave. Finally, the Chief Warlock of the Skryre nodded. Squeekit gained 2000 slaves, 1000 clanrats, 15 Warlock engineers, 20 warpfirethrowers, Storm Halberd and Red Amulet. By winning his bet, Squeekit managed to wake his clan from the dead and is now raiding and enslaving other smaller skaven clans in the World Edge Mountains, gathering his forces, so he could one day march to the outside of the skaven kingdom and qonquer the Halls of the dwarven race. Actions are needed to stop that foul ratman from emerging from the underground.

Squeekit and his Warp Dragon takes up a Lord, a hero and a rare choice

Equipment:

Storm Halberd
Given as a reward for his success in building Warp Dragon, The Chief Warlock granted Squeekit with this magical halberd. It is said, that sky himself is joining into a battle, when the power of the Storm Halberd is released. This magnificent halberd is sparkling with power and little lightnings are running on its blade.

After normal attacks, Squeekit may release the power of the halberd. When released, roll a D6. On a roll of 2+, everything is alright. If 1 is rolled, the wielder takes a str 4 hit, str 5 if his A.S. is better than 3+. If everything is alright, set the small (3") template so it touches the wielders base. All models completely under takes automatic hit, partially under are hit on 4+. All hitted models take a str 4 hit, str 5 if their A.V. is better than 3+.

Mirror Cuirass
Squeekit found this cuirass, after he killed a wizard, who betrayed him and locked him into a cage. Soon he discovered, that no matter how hard he throwed a rock on it, it always bounced off at very high speed. Finally, when he shot it with a handgun he had found and the bullet almost ripped his ear off, he decided to stop his experiences and wear it. At the next battle, when he was suprised by a few dwarven rangers, he discovered the full power of the cuirass. Rangers hitted him with their great axes and when they hitted to a cuirass, they bounced back at suprised dwarfs and cutted deep in their flesh, almost cutting them in half.

Grants the bearer with 4+ armour save. In close combat, if wielder succees in his A.V., the strike is rebounded back at the striker. Calculate the hit with the strikers unmodified strenght. Other special rules on the weapon applies. For example, Squeekit is hit by an Ogre Tyrant with the Tenderiser. Squeekit is hit and wounded, but manages to success in his armour save (his total save is 3+). Ogre Tyrant takes a hit at str 5, but if wounded, suffers the D3 wound multiplier.

Red Amulet
This was also a reward from the bet with Chief Warlock. It is enchanted with powerfull protection spell, which protects not only Squeekit but also his Warp Dragon. If Squeekit is killed in battle, the amulet makes sure, that those responsible for his death will suffer. This rune-iscripted and glowing amulet was first owned by a dwarven thane, who was captured to a slave for skaven.

Grants the bearer and his mount with 5+ ward save. If bearer is killed, place a large (5") template on Squeekit. Everyone completely under takes a hit, those who are partially under takes a hit on 4+. Those who are hit takes a str. 3 hit.

Squeekit Special Rules:

Hate Wizards
By the act of the human wizard, who captured and betrayed Squeekit, He is sworn revenge and will not trust to anyone, who is even nearly a wizard, despite his warlock engineers

Squeekit hates all kinds of wizards: Runesmiths, lichepriest, battle wizards, you name it. if there is a enemy wizard in 10" and in line of sight, Squeekit must charge on him/her. No Dow. wizards can be taken, if Squeekit is in army.

Warpstone Chunks
Thanks to the Warpstone chunks hammered in to his flesh and to his magical trophys, Squeekit has an ability to resist magic better than normal skaven. Sometimes, one of the chunks suddenly explodes into a noxious gas and all around him are ravaged by raw magic.

He has a magic resitance of 1. The warpstone chunks also act as a 6+ scaly skin. Roll a dice at the start of the Squeekits turn. if 1 is rolled, Squeekits magic resitance is now 2 for that turn only and he suffers a wound on further roll of 4+.

Warlord of Dragontooth clan
Squeekit is the leading warlord of his clan and no-one questions his authority

Squeekit must be a general if presented in army.

Special rules for Warp Dragon:

Terror, Large Target, Fly, Armour Save of 3+

Like all dragons, Warp Dragon is very large and terrifying monster. Unlike other dragons, it can fly only 18".

Breath Weapon (Str. 4, -2 A.V.)
Installed by warlock engineers into the Warp Dragons mouth, this weapon may be lauched upon Squeekits foes, burning them into a little piles of ash.

Counts as breath weapon at str.4 and -2 A.V. Also counts as magical.

Immune to Psychology
The Warp Dragon is conrolled by a warlock engineer specially trained for this task. The Controlling of this kind of huge piece of mass destruction is very inspireing and the lucky engineer rarely notice the enemies size or amount.

The Warp Dragon is Immune to psychology. In addition, the first break test the dragon has to take is automatically passed

Reliable
The Warp Dragon may be the most terrifying machine ever created, but it is not perfect, thanks to the skaven technology based on warpstone. You never know when the flamer explodes, or its wings suffer a malfunction.

Everytime Warp Dragon tries to fly or use its breath weapon, roll a D6. On a roll of 2+ everything is allright and the Warp Dragon may act normally. If 1 is rolled, something happens in the deep of the metal monster. Roll a further D6 and Check the chart:
6-5: A minor fault in the control mechanism. Flying distance is reduced by 2" for that round and breath weapons strenght is reduced by one for that round.
4-3: Wings are jammed and the flamer doesn´t work. Maybe a piece of metal is jamming the wings and the flamer is not yet fully recharged. The Warp Dragon may not fly or use its breath weapon, but it may still march and act normally.
2: The wings are damaged and maybe little twisted, when Dragon tries to fly. The flying distance is reduced by 4" for rest of the battle. This effect is cumulative. This action is applied only, if you tried to fly. If this results comes when you are trying to you flamer, roll again.
1: Horrible thing happens! the flamer explodes with a mighty KABOOM! and the whole head is blowed into peaces! The Warp Dragon takes a D6 str. 6 hits and Squeekit takes D3 str. 6 hits. Flamer may not be used for rest of the battle. This action is applied only, if you tried to use breath weapon.If this results comes when you are trying to fly, roll again.

Siinäpä se. Älkää välittäkö siitä fysikaalisesta mahdottomuudesta, miten on mahdollista, että tuon ajan tekniikalla saataisiin tonneja painava metallikasa ilmaan. sovitaan, että se on sitä magiaa ;).

IMO tuo posahdus saisi olla voimakkaampi ja kun tuon tyypin ihoon on tungettu warpstonea niin saisi olla siittä jotain haittaa.

Näyttää jopa suht ok charrulta, vakkei sitä edelleen koskaa voi käyttääkään paljon missään. Ehkä storm halberdin hitit vois muuttaa joksikin d6 heitoks tuon blastin sijasta. Se lienee ainoa, joka pisti silmään.

Tuossa mirror curaississa on aika hauska esimerkki. Muistaakseni mace of helstrum tekee joko normi atackit, jolloin siinä ei ole sitä d6 woundia, tai sitten se tekee se yhden str 10 a sillä d6 woundilla. Ja str 10 taas tarkoittaa ettei tuosta savesta jää jäljelle mitään. Oletan ettei tuo armorin toimi jos se savettaa tuolla wardilla.

Mistä tuo 2+ save tulee? 6+ scaly tuosta warppi jutusta (?) sekä tuo 4+ armori. Se tekee vasta 3+. Dragoneista ei muistaakseni saanut mounted bonusta. Mutta sitä ei ehkä kannata muuttaa sillä eiköhän tuo 3+:kin riitä.

Tuo dragon malfunction taulukko. Tuota posahdusta voisi tehdä hivenen kovemmaksi. Joko str nousisi 6, tai hauskempaa voisi olla jos se poistaisi ward savet. Se kun on jotain ihme warppi magiaa.

Tuosta hinnoittelusta. Itse hinta näyttää suht ok, tai sitten aivoni eivät vielä toimi näin aikaisin kunnolla. Mutta parempi asia voisi olla modata noita statteja tuon hinnan noston sijaan, jos se osoittautuu tarpeelliseksi.
