I set one Genestealer as well as Attack swarm 1 on OW. Genestealer so that the ones in open get cover as well.
Krieg had Heavy AA and Grenadiers on OW.

Turn 1
Initiative: Krieg
The battle starts with Krieg heavy guns firing. Bombards open up targeting the Genestealers 2 taking cover in the buildings. With Ignore Cover the 'stealers don't have a chance and all 5 units within the barrages are killed. breaking the remaining two units. Retaining the Macharius try to sustain as well, but they hesitate and open up with hold instead. Two shots hit home and both Carnifexes are killed. Hive mind can be heard sighing "Not again this kind of start...".
Attack swarm 1 then is ordered to move out of the forest on the double, but Hive Tyrant is dubious of leaving the forest. So instead they hold and move to the edge of the forest in frustration.
Krieg continue with Hydra Platforms advancing over the hill. They deploy the platforms quickly and fire on the Genestealers causing two hits and two kills.
Harridan 2 is ordered to counter those heavy firing things and it doubles to the hill. Heavy AA guns don't react so Harridan fires it's guns causing two of the Hydra Platforms to melt due to bio acid.
Krieg responds with more guns and Medusa sustain on the Genestealers in the forest. Two units of Genestealers are lost including Broodlord. Remaining 'stealers run to take cover behind a hill with Harridan 2.
To move more force into the enemy, the Attack swarm 3 goes next. They march to the centre of field taking cover in the industrial zone next to the Attack swarm 1. This prompts Grenadiers to advance on the road with one unit making it into the building. The flamers are then fired crisping 2 Termagant and a Ravener units. To reinforce the flank even more, the Attack swarm 5 marches as well. They move past the Attack swarm 1 to get into assault range of the Machariuses.
Krieg don't like the look of the massed Tyranids moving on them and order the Death Rider company 1 to engage the Attack swarm 3. One Ravener manages to counter charge into close combat while rest are staying in firefight range. The Assault goes badly wrong from Krieg as only 1 Ravener unit is killed while they lose 9 units including Commissar and flee away from combat towards west (Krieg lost by 5 as they scored very few hits, which tended to be saved by the cover save).
As Tyranids lack anything that could help the eastern flank, the Attack swarm 2 marches forwards. They take up positions in the hills and swamp near Genestealers 1.
In centre the Death Riders company 2 decides to show the 1st company how it's done. They engage too riding as far as they can, but staying well out of close combat range. Tyranids counter charge towards the Grenadiers pulling them into the fight as well, but stay within the buildings to get saves.

This time the match is more equal and Tyranids are pushed back. Grenadiers lose 4 units while Tyranids lose 3 Raveners, Gargoyle and Hive Tyrant. Remains of the swarm moves towards Attack swarm 1 to get within control range of Hive Tyrant there. Grenadiers also break and move deep into the forest while Riders organise themselves around the road.
Attack swarm 4 is shaken by the death scream of Tyrant and only manage to shuffle forwards (with hold).
Then it's the Gorgons. First the Supreme Commanders formation doubles down the road keeping within the transport while Gorgons fire with mortars killing a Ravener and a Gargoyle units. Harridan 1 advances in west takes cover from a building and pops up to fire on Gorgons that just moved on the road. However no damage is done.
Last to go is the Infantry company which doubles as well. The infantry stays inside but Gorgons and Demolishers fire. This time fire is more effective and 3 Raveners, a Carnifex and a Genestealer units are wasted.

Lictors teleport behind the Medusas, they gain 1BM.
Initiative: Krieg
With a might roar the Gorgons of the Infantry company advances forwards and the ramps drop. Out pour the infantry within the mighty transports and everyone opens up with all they've got at the Attack swarm 4. Effect is quite nasty as 4 Termagants, 3 Raveners and a Gargoyle units as well as Malefactor is killed in the fire.
Retaining the Machariuses in east sustain at the Attack swarm 5 which is almost to them. This brings down 3 Gargoyle units and 2 Malefactors.
However Tyranids are keen to hit back and Attack swarm 1 engages the intermingled Hydras and Heavy AA. The Heavy AA guns fire on overwatch but no hits are scored.

The effect is devastating as no Tyranids fall while all the Krieg units are destroyed. Retaining the Lictors in the centre engage the Medusas. Without anyone realising what happens the last of the gun platforms are wiped out.
In centre the Supreme Commanders Gorgons also rumble forwards with intention to engage. Again the ramps fall down and infantry swaps the area, but half stays within the transports. Tyranids are beaten back again as 3 Ravener, 2 Gargoyle and Genestealer units are killed while one of the Gorgons suffer a critical immobilising the transport.
In west the Harridan 2 puts on more pressure on the Krieg flank by doubling to the hill where the Heavy AA used to be and fires on the Bombards. Two of the siege engines are wrecked and the last falls back broken.
Grenadiers go next advancing away from the flank and firing on the Lictors hidden within the barrels. One of the beasts fall down as a burning husk. Retaining the Death Rider company 1 tries to avenge their earlier failure by engaging the Lictors. Lictor counter charge in hopes of second round. It's +3 for Krieg in roll off but resolution is equal and second round is fought. Now the Lictors get into close combat and proceed to rip apart the last three units of the company.
To collapse the flank the Attack swarm 5 then assaults the Machariuses. Both Haruspexes get into close combat and two of the super heavies are lost as the remaining command tank falls out with fearless commissar. Losses for Tyranids are 2 Malefactors and a Gargoyle unit.
In centre the Death Riders company 2 ponders why the 1st company doens't know how to do anything and proceed to engage the Lictors. This time there is no luck for Tyranids and all Lictors are killed without losses to Krieg riders.
Then it's only Tyranids left. In west the Genestealers march to the forest near Attack swarm 1. In east the Harridan 1 advances to fire on Death Riders company 2 which proceeds to save only hit. Last to go is Attack swarm 4 which evidently still has problems and hold instead of marshall. They move towards blitz to cover it from incoming Krieg Infantry company.

Retaining the Harridan 1 engages the Kriegsmen. Battle goes awry however as Krieg save both hits and manage to do 1 damage to Harridan. Krieg wins and Harridan moves a bit north.
Bombards in west try to sustain, but panic grips them again and they hold breaking the again.
Attack swarm 1 then moves to consolidates the hold on blitz and marches around the Grenadiers in front of Harridan 2. Death Riders company 2 decides flank them and moves around the Harridan 1 to contest the blitz from west. Tyranids response is Genestealers engage into firefight. One of the Genestealer units die in las pistol fire while support from Harridan 2 brings victory to the Genestealers causing loss of 4 units of Riders and company falls back towards the west.
Retaining the Attack swarm 5 decides to try to block possible move from Regimental HQ to contest objective there. However it only manages to hold but it's still enough to block enemy from contesting the objective.
To prevent a clear loss the Regimental HQ does only possible thing left. It strings out from the immobilised Gorgon to the blitz.
In Tyranid end the Attack swarm 2 marshalls. They move and spawn to get a Malefactor and a Termagant unit.
Then it's the Infantry company. Again they advance and fire with all their weapons at Attack swarm 4 defending the blitz. This time the death toll is a Ravener and 2 Termagant units, Malefactor and Hive Tyrant. What remains of the formation doubles to the Attack swarm 2.

Turn 4
Initiative: Krieg
Bombard starts the turn and finally manages to fire again. The target is Attack swarm 1 and a Ravener and 2 Gargoyle units as well as Carnifex are killed. Retaining the Regimental HQ engages the intermingled Harridan 2, Genestealers and Attack swarm 1. Tyranids manage to mess the entire thing up and while 1 damage is done to Gorgon Tyranids lose Genestealers, Harridan 2 and Hive Tyrant.
In attempt to salvage the game the Attack swarm 2 launches an assault against the Infantry company. While the battle goes a bit better it doens't help. 3 Krieg Infantry and 1 damage to Gorgon is done but losses are 4 Raveners, 3 Termagants and 2 Gargoyle units as well as Malefactor. The Hive Tyrant tries to prevent loss of blitz by moving between Krieg and the objective. However even as the Infantry company holds and moves ahead it still can reach the blitz.
With last actions left and Tyranids are unable to do anything to conditions a small revenge is wanted. Attack swarm 5 decides to engage the Grenadiers. They lose 2 Haruspexes and unit of Gargoyles, but wipe out the Kriegsmen. Finally Macharius tries to advance, but fails and fires on Harridan 1 and causes 1 damage.
End Phase
The resolution is clear. 0 - 2 for Krieg with Blitzkrieg and Break Their Spirit.
