Olen ilmeisesti pelannut noilla V3 säännöillä assaulttia tähän asti väärin, BF sivuilla oli joku kysynyt koska se 8" kupla mitataan kun assaultoidaan.

Option 2 is correct.
When you measure, you measure at the time the event happens, so when it says that teams must be within 8"/20cm to counterattack at that time, that applies at the time they counterattack. This can result in teams that could counterattack not being able to now, and vice versa.

Nojoo. Eihän tuolla käytännössä taida ihan hirveesti merkitystä olla, ellei sitten kyse ole jostain aika isosta assaultista, joka jatkuu monta kierrosta putkeen. Voi toki jonkun yksittäisen rajatapaus-tiimin tuoda mukaan joskus.
