I've been poring through the new WD, there doesn't seem to be that much at giving us examples of new rules, but I have managed to garner a few;
Note - these aren't rumours or wishlisting, it's all in the new WD
The Hammer of Wrath
This rule is described as "allows jump units to leap into combat and crush their foes beneath their armoured bulk as they hurtle down from above." No idea how it actually works, though.
There's an specific mention of Dreadnoughts having 3 hull points each.
There's mention by Christian Bryne when talking about his Blood Angels that jump packs allow you to re-roll the 2D6 inches for their charges. So, random charges are in.
In the same snippet, it also mentions that Rage gives a unit +2 attacks on the charge.
Monstrous Creatures can fly 24" (I think counting as flyers as well - so, you hit them on 6's without AA) and get to perform a Vector Strike on units they pass.
Land Raiders and Defilers definitely have 4 hull points.
Land Speeders now have a special rule called "Jink" that gives them a 5+ cover save automatically, which is increased to 4+ if they move flat out. This may also apply to bikes, not sure yet.
Shooting at units that charge you is a free round of shooting, and made at BS1.
There's a psychic power called Foreboding, found in Divination, which allows you to snap fire at you're normal BS.
Psychic hoods now augment an armies ability to counter psychic powers within 6" on a 4+.
Warlord traits are in, with the three tables mentioned.
Throwing grenades as weapons is now possible.
Sniper weapons now get to pick their targets if they roll a 6 when hitting.
Necron Gauss weapons strip a hull point for any roll of 6 when shooting.
There's a mention of Space Marines moving and rapid-firing. I have no idea if this has changed as a whole, or a special rule for Marines.
I think vehicles may be able to snap fire defensive weapons without getting charged. This is talking about the Redeemer;
"Even if it moves at combat speed, it can still fire all of its weapons (it can fire one flamestorm cannon normally, another using POTMS, and then snap-fire the assault cannon and the multi-melta)."
IC's can challenge each other to duels.
Another mention of Rapid Fire (this time about Tau);
"Pulse Rifles are very nasty weapons - not only can they move and still fire 30" away, but they can also Overwatch with these S5 guns". So, move and Rapid-fire for everyone?
Monstrous Creatures attacks are AP2 in CC. So, it looks like AP CC weapons are in.
Mounstrous Creatures can halve their attacks and strike at double strength against armour.
Buying terrain using points is in.
Allies are definitely in.

The new books look beautiful, full colour and the various photos of the pages throughout the magazine look really nice, can't wait to get my copy. As you have probably guessed the front of the magazine is very product heavy.
There is a very basic overview of how the new rules will influence each army, looks like even Tau get a boost ;)
Two battle reports one involving the flyers and the other is Imperial Guard/Grey Knights vs Chaos Space Marines/Daemons. I'm looking forward to reading this as it showcases the much rumoured allies. The game is 2500pts with around 1750 spent on the main armies and 750pts spent on allies. Interesting things I've noticed are that allies use a small foc and it appears that fortifications are purchased with the ally points allocation, a bastion with quad laser is 125pts.
There is an article giving brief details of what psychic disciplines each army can take and how many powers their psykers can take. Powers from codices are still usable but unfotunately you can't mix and match, you either take codex powers or use new powers. Most psykers can take 1 or 2 powers, extremely powerful psykers can take 3, Eldrad can take 4!
The main batrep keeps score with Victory Points so it looks like Killpoints are a thing of the past, looks like my 60pt Dire Avenger squad will no longer be worth as many points as a fucking Land Raider...Yay :D
There is a large 8 page article giving an overview to the main rule changes, I haven't had chance to read this yet.
Objectives give different amounts of victory points depending on whether they are a primary or secondary objective.
Battle scenarios have primary and secondary missions.
Before the game you nominate a HQ as your 'Warlord', this model then gets to roll on one of three warlord trait tables, these are - Command, Personal and Strategic.
Hammer of Wrath - Allows Jump Troops to use their mass to deal damage as they land on their enemies.
Overwatch - Allows a free round of shooting if charged by an enemy but with bs1.
Missions - There seems to be a main mission table that you roll for and then the scenario has seconday missions. Different missions have effects on the game such as making fast attack choices scoring - Is this GW's way of stopping spam?
Warlord Trait - Command traits has Inspiring Presence which means units within 12" of your warlord can use their leadership.
Warlord Trait - Personal traits has Immovable Object which means the warlord can capture objectives.
New Rule - Interceptor, this gives the ability to shoot at units as they arrive from reserve.
New Rule - Skyfire, this allows the unit to fire at flyers at the models bs instead of bs1.
Sqns - Models in a sqn do not block each others los.
Mysterious Terrain - Archeotech Artefact, when this is discovered every psyker on the board suffers D3 S3 AP2 hits.
New Deployment - Hammer and Anvil, game is played along the long edge of the table (No more putting people by the radiator for Mercer!)
Secondary Mission - First Blood, first to kill an enemy unit gains a victory point.
New Rule - Flyers always arrive from reserve.
Flyers have to engage hover mode to allow units to disembark. While hovering flyers are counted as a fast skimmer.
New Rule - Multiple Assault, you can charge seperate units but you lose the +1 attack for charging (Fire Dragons say hello to static gunlines!).
If a flyer is shot down units on board take a S10 hit.
New Rule - Overwatch, when a squad is charged they can fire at the assaulting unit but they fire at bs1.
Rule Change - Fleet allows you to re-roll the 2d6 charge roll.
Terrain - Imperial Statues, armies of the imperium within 2" of an imperial statue are fearless.
Terrain - Fuel Tanks, grant a 5+ cover save, every time the fuel tank grants a cover save roll a D6, on a 1 the fuel tank explodes causing a S3 hit.
Terrain - Impact Craters, these grant a 5+ cover save.
Overwatch - Flamers cause D3 automatic hits when firing on overwatch.
New Rule - Snapfire, when stunned Dreadnoughts (possibly all walkers/vehicles) can snapfire at bs1.
New Rule - Ongoing Reserves, flyers can leave the board and be placed back in reserve, they then roll their reserve roll as normal.
Flyers - If a flyer is destroyed the wreckage can land on top of units and cause damage.
And that my friends is that, White Dwarf has been an interesting, if a little vague, read this month. It has done its job in getting me hyped for 6th :D

Hyi helvetti oikeasti. Pakkoko GW:n on oikeasti viedä myös 40k "Beer and pretzels"-suuntaan? Noh katotaan nyt millainen tuosta tulee. Kai tuon kaiken alla voi aina olla hyvä systeemi, tai ainakin sen jämät tallella.
2014 bänniä jo yhteensä ~3,5 kuukautta. Yrittäkää pistää paremmaksi.

Lets end some of the psychic power confusion. Now you can read it for yourself instead of the he said she said problem we have been having to determine who gets what disciplines and how we get either codex or rule book powers.
Lets start at the top since each army gets its psychic powers a little bit differently depending on how their powers are written in their codices. Powers are exchanged.... codex powers for rulebook ones, with only a single exception.
Blood Angels
Librarians and Mephiston (assuming lib dreads as well), can exchange their two powers for rulebook to generate powers from biomancy, divination, telepathy, or telekinesis in any combo
Chaos Space Marines
Any model with psychic powers can swap out their powers for the rulebook ones. For each power purchased in the codex, generate powers from pyromancy, telekinesis, or telepathy in any combo.
Typhus generates 2 powers
Ahriman generates 3 powers
Dark Angels
Librarians, including Ezekiel can exchange their codex powers, generate 2 powers from the rulebook chosen from divination, pyromancy, telepathy, or telekinesis in any combo.
Eldar
Farseers including Eldrad may exchange their powers for those in the rulebook for each power he has purchased from the codex, powers are from divination or telepathy.
Eldrad generates 4 new powers.
Grey Knights
A librarian may use the disciplines in the rulebook instead of those in the codex. If so, he generates a number of powers equal to his mastery level from divination, pyromancy, or telekinesis. Hammerhand is not exchanged
Inquisitors can exchange only 1 power, same disciplines as the librarian.
Coteaz can exchange all his psychic powers for 2 rulebook ones
Imperial Guard
Primairs psyker can exchange his codex powers for 2 from the rulebook, biomancy, pyromancy, telepathy, and telekinesis in any combination.
Space Marines
librarians including Tigurius can use the powers in the rulebook instead of codex powers. They generate 2 powers from biomancy, pyromancy, telepathy, or telekinesis in any combo
Tigurius generates 3 powers
Space Wolves
A rune priest including Njal can use the rulebook powers instead of codex ones. Generate 2 new powers from biomancy, divination or telekinesis
Tyranids
any model with psychic powers can exchange codex powers for rulebook ones. For each power including those purchased, they generate a new one from biomancy, telekinesis or telepathy

6. Haemorrhage - Haemorrhage is a focussed witchfire power with a range of 12". The target must pass a Toughness test or suffer a Wound with no armour or cover save allowed. If the target is slain, randomly select another model (friend or foe) within 2" of him. That model must pass a Toughness test or suffer a Wound with no armour or cover saves allowed. If that model dies, continue the process until a model survives or there are no suitable targets within range.
Divination
Prescience - within 12, can reroll
Foreboding - this power is, Counter-attack, full Ballistic, this does not, Overwatch
Forewarning - within 12", a 4+ invulnerable

Puppet Master - of 24", as if it was, the Psyker, players control
Terrify - is a malediction, unit within, the Fearless, having the, Furthermore

6. Hallucination - is a malediction that targets a single enemy unit within 24". Roll immediately to determine the manner of hallucinations the target is suffering from (roll once for the whole unit).
D6 Result
1-2 Bugs! I Hate Bugs! Something unspeakable has gotten under the victims armour and has begun to crawl around. The unit is automatically Pinned, unless it would normally automatically pass Pinning tests or is locked in close combat, in which case there is no effect.
3-4 Ermmm? All sense of urgency is lost, and the befuddled warrior just stare listlessly into space. The unit cannot shoot, Run, declare charges or strike blows in close combat whilst the power is in effect.
5-6 You! You're a Traitor! Paranoia set in and the panicked warriors lash out at thei comrades. Every model in the unit immediately inflicts a single hit on his own unit, resolved at that model's own Strengths, but using the Strength bonuses, AP values and special rules of their most powerful close combat weapons (if they have any).

Virallinen sääntökirjamainos youtubessa. Linkki johtaa suoraan mielenkiintoisimpaan kohtaan, jossa voi lukea suuren osan flyereiden säännöistä. Just kasasin yhden Doom Scythen, näyttää vähän siltä nuo säännöt, että pitänee hankkia toinenkin tässä piakkoin...

Vaikuttaa ainakin noiden tietojen mukaan ihan mielenkiintoiselta ja odotettaan innollaa, kun saan tilauksesta tuon oman versioni kyseisestä sääntiksestä.

Itelle tulee uusi sääntis, templatet sekä Loitsukortit. Noi objekti markerit sekä nuo mission nopat ja vehicle damage nopat hankin myöhemmin. Mutta kun noita psychic powereita katselee niin kyllä tau pelaajana hirvittää kohdata nyt psyykkereitä :(
