Rough estimation is that we start registration around 8:30 on saturday, we will be done with everything at 17:30 on sunday (latest)
There will be 6 games, If we are less then 33 that will mean one more game then normal (and if we would somehow magcally pass 64 players there will be one game less then normal)
50p with 10p specialists, Divide and conquer [1]
60 min deathclock including deployment
We will not use army points as tiebreaker, SoS - CP - Internal meetings (so if you won against a player with the same SoS and the same CP you place above him). This could mean there might be some placings that are randomized among the players that are not in the top.
Harcore painting requirements.

I will send the scenarios to you at the same time as the payment info, there will also be a full schedule then.

Lists should be sent in 26th of October. If there would be any changes to the rules (which we are trying to avoid) they will be announced 24th october at the latest and the changes will then be sent by mail to everyone who is registered)

The local store will have extra opening hours on saturday evening after the tournament,

Me and Fredrik will organize sleeping places for everyone, bring something to sleep in/on and inform us if you want somewhere to sleep.

We will have some kind of sauna (a small one right one, trying to get a bigger one, unfortnunatley both are elactrical saunas). Me and Fredrik are neighbours and we can get some extra places for hanging out and sleeping in the near area so we might be a little spread out but a maximum of 5 minutes walking between the sleeping places.

We have a place with dart, pool table and so on in the same building as the small sauna, we might also get some gaming tables there if someone wants to play (1-2 tables).

I will offer some type of breakfast for a small sum (just to make up for getting the stuff for breakfast so like 10 SEK maximum).

We will be getting to/from the Venue by bus (around 20 SEK for a bus ride and 20-30 min from the sleeping place to the venue, only one car available so bus will be easier)

Soda/Sandwhiches/Chcolate will be sold at the venue, in my place I will not have anything for sale. If you want something specific for the evening tell me and I will buy it so it is available.

Pitkälle ollaan tultu siitä kun turnausten järkkääminen oli enimmäkseen sitä, että tos on pöydät, pelatkaa.

Mutta ehkä se on hyviä puolia siitä, että alkaa olemaan enimmäkseen tuttu porukka.

Ootteko löytäny jotain järkevii vaasalauttoi? Koitin ite katella mut en saanu oikeen mitään irti internetin ihmemaailmasta.

Vaasan lautat ei oikeen näytä optiolta, koska lähdöt on aamulla vaasasta ja lauantaina lähdöllä ei ehdi.

Eli vaihtoehdot olisi lautta tukholmaan ja ajo/juna (jossa ei ole ihan kauheesti järkeä, koska ajo-aika tukholmasta uumajaan on lähes 7h) tai lentäminen.

Juu, Vaasan kautta lautalla ei kannata. Johanin (Umeån PG) kanssa mietittiin sitä lauttailua mutta aika hankalaksi menee. Just sinä viikonloppuna on poikkeukselliset aikataulut, tietysti. Perjantai iltana ei kulje laivaa, eli sinne pitäis mennä perjantai aamulautalla, jos haluaa ehtiä lauantain ekalle kierrokselle. Lauantai aamuna menee lautta mutta silloin missaisi ekan, ehkä jopa toisenkin kierroksen peleistä.
Poistuminen on sitten taas oma juttunsa. Turnaus päättyy sunnuntaina niin myöhään, ettei laivat enää kulje. Eli poistuminen tapahtuisi maanantai aamuna.
Eli töistä/koulusta/oikeasta elämästä vapaata perjantai ja maanantai niin onnistuu. Muuten on aika mahdotonta.
