The special move/fire rule is Heavy Battle Servitors:
"Models with this rule may not run, but can fire up to two weapons in the Shooting phase. These models count as stationary when firing Heavy or Salvo weapons, even if they moved in the previous Movement phase, and may charge in the same turn that they fired Rapid Fire, Salvo or Heavy weapons."

the detachment for cult mechanicus gives you a reroll for warlord traits and to reuse a canticle of omnissiah once per game.

the detachment allows for a lot of the new kataphron units with up to 8 troop choices! thats going to be a crap load of shooting.

it looks something like this

optional 6 troops, 4 elites, 2 heavy support, and 1 fortification

- Electro-Priests are not troops like earlier rumors were saying today, instead both Electro-Priests units are Elites.
- Its a dual kit with Fulgurite Electro-Priests and Corpuscarii Electro-Priests.
- Energy Fields give both units a 5++.
- Fulgurites have staves with enhanced strength and can get a 3++ for the rest of the game if they wipe out a unit in close combat.
- Corpuscariis have gauntlets that are assault weapons shooting with a 12″ range, and can also be used in close combat.
- Both weapons have other abilities as well that fit with the Electro-Priests. They can be taken groups of up to 20.

Space Marines Command Tanks are here, and Warhammer World is the first place you can get them. With that said, they are sold in a single box together with one additional sprue over both tanks to upgrade them with several Space Marine chapter bits.

Space Marine HQ Command Tanks sold in one box together with only one sprue to upgrade both base tanks (think the price is £75). They have either the space marines, blood angels, dark angels or space wolves faction. They are chosen together as one HQ slot but operate as separate units on the battlefield.

Rhino Primaris gets an Orbital Array which either brings in one reserve unit automatically or calls an orbital alpha strike (massive blast orbital bombardment) and also has a serveo-skull hub which once per game, per ability, gives one unit in 12” snapshots (including overwatch) at full BS OR fearless OR vehicles only, restore 1 hull point on 2+. Comes with twin-linked plasma gun and transport capacity of 6. No information on points cost yet for either tank.

Excelsior has Aquila Aegis field which is effectively extra armour with inbuilt 6++. One unit within 12" (can be upgraded to 18" for 10pts) gains one special rule for the turn from: counter-attack, fearless, hit & run, Interceptor, preferred enemy, sky fire, spit fire or tank hunters. Can take a combi plasma. Comes with 2 twin linked lascannons, a grav cannon and grav.

If an Excelsior is within 24” of one or more friendly primaris then +1 BS to excelsior. Both tanks can take the usual stormbolter, hunter killer, extra armour and dozer blade (rhino only) upgrades.

Four Codices worth of stuff with a price tag of two. Two Infantry boxes, two clampack HQs, upgraded vehicle kit along with Vehicle Formation Bundle and a "starter" Bundle.

Both priest units are S and T3 and start off with 5 models per squad. their shields give them a 5++ and allow them to assault through cover, but with an I3 it doesnt really matter much. What does help these guys is that they hammer of wrath at s4.

The main difference between the two units is an electric staff or electric gauntlets. The staff is +2 strength AP4 and the gauntlets +1 strength and are both shooting and melee- you have to choose one or the other-. The fulgurites with the staves can get a 3++ if they wipe out a unit in close combat for the rest of the game.

The tech priest can either repair a hull point-vehicle damage, or heal a wound in his unit. is an independent character with a 2+ save and 3 wounds, feel no pain, and relentless. He also comes with a 5++ and wielding a power axe. He can fire on the move with an upgraded eradication ray, which is a heavy 1 s8 ap1 or a s6 ap3 blast

I have however the wargear page and fluff about the Electropriests. Corpuscarii and Fulgurites are two competing cults, the former convinced that they must enlighten the enemies with the Motor Force, while the later seek to withdraw it from the unworthy heathens. Regardless, accumulating that much energy leads to their eyes melting off.

Also the Techpriest Dominus has a VOLKITE WEAPON!

Canticles
Ok, they are an army wide special rule that gives a lot of flexibility each round to your CM army. Units with the rule gain benefits according the number of units with the rule on the table and are stronger the more units you have. There are 6 canticles and each one can only be used once per game. Benefits include cover bonus's, bonus's to strength, re-rolling failed attacks from either close combat or shooting, fearless, or creating extra hits in close combat. 8 units gives the strongest bonus 4-7 a medium bonus, and 1-3 a standard bonus.
