There was a thread on Portent showing a scan from the Italian White Dwarf where the new test rules for vehicles were featured, here's a rough translation:
1) the best thing is the overall clarification of the vehicle rules, from movement to fire; so they are a MUST have!!!!
2) The damage tables are, contrary all rumours, more GRAVIOUS. FREX: additional "weapon destroyed" and "immoblized" results have additional effects. Penetrating damage table is way WORSE... now if you get "immobilized" or "weapon destroyed" in that table.. you HAVE to disembark with the cargo!!!!
3)lots of clarifications for blast weaponry.. they must be aimed with the center ON a vehicle.. and only if the centre is ON the vehicle does it have full strengh.. otherwise the S is halved.
4) artillery may move AND fire, but rollsl for BS. If it misses, the shot is LOST.. otherwise it is worked out normally!

a) fire on BS, if HIT, roll scatter dice
B) Guess weapons cannot fire after movement]
5) GUESS is gone forever.. you place the template where you want... but if you don't see the point where you're aiming at, it scatters 2d6!!! but if you roll a hit on the scatter dice.. you are going to harm a lot your opponent!!!
6) skimmers who move 6" or less can be just immobilized and are not destroyed... so now it IS an option to move 6 or less!!!
7) the rumor about S5 weapon always being able to fire is true.. but ONLY in Addition to other weapons.. so if you move 6"; you can fire a weapon and the all other S5 weapon... unless you use ordnance....
Rhino rush is dead!!! you can not debark & assault anymore, unless the veichle is open topped! if the transport is destroyed.. the cargo CANNOT move and fire next turn!!!!!! also you cannot disembark if the vehicle moved more 12" NO MATTER THE SPECIAL RULES!!! yes, red paint job, turbo and overcharged engine LOSE they special abilities!!! Also note that some results on the penetranting table force you to disembark!!!

9) you now CAN use grenade on dread's.. but you may only hit on a 6... to
compensate, you NEVER roll against back armour, even if in contact to it!!!!"
Glancing Hits Table:
1-3 are the same as before
4 is weapon destoyed.. if have no further weapons, it counts as a 3
5 is immobilized... if already immobilized, count as 3
6 is as before
Penetranting Hits Table:
1 is the same
2 is weapon destroyed... + you cannot move or fire + the cargo must disembark!
3 is immobilized + cargo must desembark
4-6 are the same.. some extra fun is added because the destoyed vehicle can be turned and end up lying on it's side or flipped upside down!
