Elikkäs Empire of Khitai (Cathay) magic item listaa olen tekemässä ja ajattelin jos sais hiukan muitakin antamaan ideoita uusiksi esineiksi ynm
Alla on tällähetkellä suunniteltuja esineitä. (Päivittyy kun saadaan uusia esineitä tehtyä)

Magic weapons
Blades of the Ying and Jang-----------------65pts
Paired weapons. The wielder gains +1 To Hit and To Wound rolls in close combat. In addition, enemies must re-roll all successful armour and ward saves.

Jade Longsword ---------------------------------55pts
Khitai Longsword. The wielder has an Always Strikes First special rule. In addition, wielder gains +2 attacks,

Imperial Glaive-----------------------------------45pts
Halberd. Each successful hit is multiplied into D3 hits. Roll To Wound for each hit as normal. In addition, wielder has an Armour Piercing special rule.

Dragonfang----------------------35pts
Hand weapon. The wielder gains +2 Strength and has a Flaming attacks special rule.

Bow of Ching Shie---------------25pts
The Bow of Ching Shie has following profile: Range (18") Strength(3) Special rules (Multiple Shots (3), Volley Fire, Continuing Fire*

*Continuing Fire
For each natural roll of 6 To Wound generates one additional shooting attack which is resolved immediately. Additional shooting attacks may generate further additional shooting attacks (if user is lucky). All shooting attacks must be resolved at same target enemy unit.

Hits from this bow are magical.

Spear of Hung Fe Zhong--------------------20pts
Spear (if on foot) or Cavalry spear (If mounted). The wielder has a Devastating Charge special rule. In addition, on turn the wielder charges, his Initiative characteristic is 10.

Magic armour
Imperial Dragon Armour---------------------------80pts
This count as heavy armour which gives 3+ armour save instead of 5+. The Toughness characteristic of the wearer is 6 instead of its normal Toughness characteristic. In addition, wearer has a Fireborn special rule.

Helm of Shen Shuren the Blessed-----------------50pts
The wearer count his armour save as being one point higher than normal. The wearer has a Magic Resistance (2) special rule. In addition, the wearer and any unit he is joined have 5+ ward save against spells.

Imperial Armour of the Emperor Fhei Zhen-------------40pts
This count as heavy armour which gives 4+ armour save instead of 5+. All enemy spells, close combat and shooting attacks suffer -1 To Wound rolls against the wearer.

Fist of Iron--------------------------------40pts
The wearer count his armour save as being one point higher than normal. The wearer gains +1 Strength for each rank his unit has, up to a maximum of +3.

Steel Scale Armour--------------------------25pts
This armour count as heavy armour which gives 4+ armour save instead of 5+. The wearer gains +1 Toughness against non-magical attacks.

Brass Shield of Feng Fu------------------------20pts
Shield. The bearer of this shield has a 6+ ward save. In addition, when the model uses Parry rule, then shield increases the bearer´s armour save by 2 instead of 1, and his ward save is increased to 5+.

Talisman
Sigil of the Emperor.........................................55pts
(General only). The bearer´s Inspiring Presence range is increased by 6”. In addition, bearer has a 4+ ward save.

Golden Necklace of Tai Chen..............................45pts
All non-magical attacks against the wearer cannot wound better than 4+ (Regardless of any modifiers and rules). In addition, all magical attacks against the wearer cannot wound better than 3+ (Regardless of any modifiers and rules).

Jade Dragon Token..........................................35pts
The bearer has a Regeneration (5+) special rule. In addition, the bearer also has a 3+ ward save against spells.

Heart of the Arcane Resistance............................30pts
The bearer and any unit he is with have a Magic Resistance (X) special rule. X is number of ranks the unit has where the bearer is joined, up to maximum of 3.

Arcane items
Astromancer´s Robe.....................................65pts
The robe increases range of the wearer´s spells by 6”. In addition, in each own Magic Phase the wearer may re-roll one Power Dice and in opponent´s Magic Phase the wearer may re-roll one Dispel dice.

Ancient Brush............................................50pts
Every time the bearer success in a casting a spell from the Spellbook of Yin and Spellbook of Yang, and rolls any double (except double 1), he may take a Leadership test with his own unmodified Leadership. If test is passed, the spell is count as having cast with Irresistible Force. If the test is failed, the spell is failed and the bearer suffer also from the Miscast.

Fien Shuin´s hat........................................35pts
(Level 2 or Higher Wizard only) Wearer may select one more spell than he is normally allowed to select. For example, Level 2 wizard may have up to 3 spells, Level 3 wizard may have up to 4 spells and so on. In addition, each time the wearer rolls any triple (except triple 1), spell is successfully cast and the spell has one target unit (no area spells), he may cast copy of the spell to another legal target within spell´s range. This copy is automatically cast. However, the opponent may make only one dispel attempt and against the rolled casting result. If the dispel attempt success, then the original spell and the copy are both dispelled. If the dispel attempt fails, then the original spell and the copy are both resolved as normal and their lore attributes. If any target enemy units have Magic Resistance special rule (target of original spell or copy), then they may use it as normal.

White Orb of Ciu Zhen.................................35pts
The bearer adds +1 to his Channelling rolls and he also gains +D3 to cast spells. However, if the bearer miscasts, roll 3D6 and choose lowest two dice.

Staff of the Golden Dragon .......................... 25pts
The bearer gains +1 to cast spells from the Spellbook of Fire and Spellbook of Metal. In addition, the bearer may re-roll any rolls of 1 when resolving To Wound rolls with spells.

Amulet of Balance.....................................10pts
The wearer of the amulet is not affected by Miscast when casting spells or from the other source. However, the wearer cannot cast spells with Irresistible Force regardless he is rolling two or more 6´s or from the other source.

Enchanted Items
Ancient Tome of Strategy..............................50pts
The bearer of the tome selects two Stratagems from the Art of war list for free and may use them same way as the Strategist does. In addition, the bearer may re-roll the die when attempting to activate Stratagems.

Imperial Horn of Khitai---------------------------------50pts
One use only. In any own Upkeep phase, the bearer of the horn may blow it. If he does so, then until start of the next friendly Upkeep phase, all friendly Empire of Khitai units on the battlefield gains +2” to their march moves and Charge moves and do not need to pass a Leadership test in order to march if enemy is close. In addition, all units that are affected are immune to Fear and Terror during the horn´s effect.

Pi-pa of Everlasting Repose............................45pts
In each own Upkeep phase, the bearer may play pi-pa. If he does so, then choose one enemy unit within 18” of bearer. The chosen unit must take immediately Leadership test. If test is passed, all is fine. If test is failed, the target unit fall into deep sleep and cannot do nothing until the bearer´s next own Upkeep phase begins. This affect also to any characters that are joined to unit. During the effect the target unit count as having an Immune to Psychology special rule. If target unit is charged by enemy during they are affected by Pi-pa, it cannot take charge reaction. In following close combat phase when unit is charged it awakes and the effect of Pi-pa ends, but count as having Always Strikes Last special rule during that phase(regardless if they have always Strikes First special rule or not).

Gong of Tsao Tsing....................................40pts
One use only. Bound Spell (Power Level 5). When this spell is successfully cast, all enemy units with Troop Type: Chariot, War Machine or Unique and units in building within 12” takes D6 Strength 6 hits and other units with different unit types have to take a Panic Test.

Locket of the Grand Terracotta Army............35pts
In each own Upkeep Phase, the bearer may activate the locket. If he does so, then choose one friendly Terracotta Warriors, Brass Titan or Foo Dogs unit within 12” of Bearer. Until start of the next Friendly Upkeep Phase, the chosen unit uses bearer´s Weapon Skill and Initiative.

Mirror of the Reality.............................25pts
Bound spell (power Level 4). The mirror contains a Hex spell with a range of 12” and target a single model within range. The target model can be Character in the unit. If successfully cast, until start of the caster´s next own magic phase, target model loses its Ward save or Ethereal special rule (caster must choose before he cast this bound spell) if it had one. In addition, target model takes a wound on 4+ with no saves of any kind. If target has Undead or Daemonic special rules or are described as Undead or Daemon takes the wound on 2+ instead.

Magic Standards

Grand Standard of Khitai...............................75pts
The bearer and any unit he joins have Stubborn special rule. In addition, all friendly units within 12” of this standard are Immune to Panic.

Standard of the Undying Phoenix....................50pts
Infantry only. In each Upkeep phase (own or opponent´s) roll a D6 for X number of models which are slain previously in the game. X is number of models that are slain from the unit´s starting size. For example, the unit starts the game with 40 models, and if in upkeep phase there is 28 models left, then roll a die for 12 models. On a 5+, one model is returned back to life in the unit. This standard cannot recover any characters back to life. Only normal Rank and file models.

Sky Banner of the Lofty Heavens...................40pts
One use only. In any own Upkeep phase, the unit with this banner may active it. If it does so, until start of the next own Upkeep phase, the unit who activated this banner has a Fly special rule. If user Has Troop type. Cavalry or Monstrous Cavalry, then they have Flying Cavalry special rule instead.

Banner of Hanzhyo Dynasty.......................35pts
As long the unit with this banner has a greater combined (if unit includes other friendly units for example) Unit Strength than enemy units in base contact with it, it gains +1 To Hit rolls in Close combat and may get Combat resolution from the 4 ranks instead of 3 ranks

Standard of the Fiery Fire.........................25pts
At the start of each round of close combat, all enemy models in base contact with unit with this Standard suffer Strength 3 hit with Flaming Attacks special rule. This hit is magical. All casualties caused by this affect are counted to unit´s combat resolution.

Windward Leaning Banner........................25pts
The unit with this banner has a Vanguard special rule.

Potentiaalisesti aika kova ase. Perukseltaan jo +1 strenaa ja s4 hahmolla saa sen -3 armor saveen. Paljon hittejä mahdollista saada läpi. Ehkä nerffaisin hiukkasen tai nostaisin pistehintaa. Mielestäni ainut järkevä ase tällä hetkellä.

Kaikki armorit mielestäni hyviä ja niistä täytyy oikeasti miettiä minkä haluaa millekin sankarille laittaa.

En lähtisi tuplien tai triplojen heittoon luottamaan, joten en ottaisi niitä itemeitä koskaan, nuo muut vaikuttaa hyviltä.

Aikas kova itemi, sanoisin. Matala LD armeijoita vastaan lähes pakko-ostos. Turnauspeleissä en ehkä viittisi lähteä riskeeraamaan pisteitä, että tulisi se "hyvä" vastus vastaan.

Tossa lista itemeistä, mitä itse voisin kuvitella käyttäväni, armeijalistaa ollenkaan näkemättä. Poistin ne, mitä en käyttäisi ollenkaan.

Standard of the Undying Phoenix ja Banner of Hanzhyo Dynasty vaikuttaa aika ilkeeltä kombolta jollekin isolle eliittiyksikölle, jossa bsb mukana. Tuleeko siis jokaisesta 5+ heitosta ukko takaisin henkiin vai vaan 1, riippumatta kuinka monta noppaa heittää? Jää miusta vähän epäselväksi tuo sääntöteksti. Nostaisin tuon lipun hintaa.

Locket of the Grand Terracotta Army............35pts
In each own Upkeep Phase, the bearer may activate the locket. If he does so, then choose one friendly Terracotta Warriors, Brass Titan or Foo Dogs unit within 12” of Bearer. Until start of the next Friendly Upkeep Phase, the chosen unit uses bearer´s Weapon Skill and Initiative.

Mirror of the Reality.............................25pts
Bound spell (power Level 4). The mirror contains a Hex spell with a range of 12” and target a single model within range. The target model can be Character in the unit. If successfully cast, until start of the caster´s next own magic phase, target model loses its Ward save or Ethereal special rule (caster must choose before he cast this bound spell) if it had one. In addition, target model takes a wound on 4+ with no saves of any kind. If target has Undead or Daemonic special rules or are described as Undead or Daemon takes the wound on 2+ instead.

Magic Standards

Grand Standard of Khitai...............................75pts
The bearer and any unit he joins have Stubborn special rule. In addition, all friendly units within 12” of this standard are Immune to Panic.

Standard of the Undying Phoenix....................50pts
Infantry only. In each Upkeep phase (own or opponent´s) roll a D6 for X number of models which are slain previously in the game. X is number of models that are slain from the unit´s starting size. For example, the unit starts the game with 40 models, and if in upkeep phase there is 28 models left, then roll a die for 12 models. On a 5+, one model is returned back to life in the unit. This standard cannot recover any characters back to life. Only normal Rank and file models.

Banner of Hanzhyo Dynasty.......................35pts
As long the unit with this banner has a greater combined (if unit includes other friendly units for example) Unit Strength than enemy units in base contact with it, it gains +1 To Hit rolls in Close combat and may get Combat resolution from the 4 ranks instead of 3 ranks

Tossa lista itemeistä, mitä itse voisin kuvitella käyttäväni, armeijalistaa ollenkaan näkemättä. Poistin ne, mitä en käyttäisi ollenkaan.

Standard of the Undying Phoenix ja Banner of Hanzhyo Dynasty vaikuttaa aika ilkeeltä kombolta jollekin isolle eliittiyksikölle, jossa bsb mukana. Tuleeko siis jokaisesta 5+ heitosta ukko takaisin henkiin vai vaan 1, riippumatta kuinka monta noppaa heittää? Jää miusta vähän epäselväksi tuo sääntöteksti. Nostaisin tuon lipun hintaa.
Hyvä palaute. Kyllä, jokaisesta 5+ tuloksesta nousee ukko takaisin. Mutta ei characterit jos ne on siinä mukana. Koska tällähetkellä Empire of Khitai on kirjoitusvaiheessa niin jokainen mahdollinen korjaus/muutos idea otetaan huomioon. Onhan tuo aika kova lippu joten hintaa voi joutua nostamaan. Täytyy hiukan korjata tuota tekstiäkin. Piste hinta ehdotuksia tämän esineen kohdalla otetaan vastaan.

Pistin kuudentena esineenä Enchantmen itemeihin Imperial Horn of Khitai ja muutin palutteen perusteella Imperial Glaiven hintaa 5 pojolla. Mutta palutetta saa antaa esineistä sekä muutos että vaihtoehtoisia esine ehdotuksia jos jokin esine esim ei sovi mielestänne tai jotain erikoista uupuu.

Nyt aloitan tekemään noita Art of War Stratagemejä Mathiaksen innoittamana sekä aloitan Yin ja Yang Spellbookkien kehittelyä.

Samalla kehittelen Elephtodons, People of Ameria sekä Sinister Brotherhood of Azraelen listoja.
