warhammer armies: Far north, fluffi osasto
Count me in.

Et tiennyt mikä Köyliö on, that´s a shame.pamp-pu kirjoitti:[ot]Siitä ei voi teitä syyttää. Ennen kun muutettiin tänne (Köyliöön, siis), en edes tiennyt tätä paikkaa olevan.[/ot]FallenOne kirjoitti:toisaalt ei kukkan oikesti voi tietää missä joku köyliö sijaitsee
Sitten asiaan. Jokos näyttäisi siltä, että Tuhannen Järven sota- fluffia olisi valmiina? Odotan innokkaasti...
Mie ainankin omasta mielestä osaan englantia aika hyvin vaikka lenkin 14-vuotta.

The War of the Thousand lakes
It was the Time of Evil, Time of Betrayal, Time of Scattering when the skaven attacked on the lands of Far North, their leader was the mighty warlord Siksit, he came to north to retrieve his most prized possession, the Blue Sapphire. One of the Far Norths explorers named Tuomas, had stolen the sapphire by sneaking to Siksits lair and taking the treasure. Siksit wasn’t so plesed from that, he had got the sapphire from an elector count of Empire in a war. Siksit decided to retrieve his most valuable treasure.
The biggest war of north started by that matter, and by later it was named The war of a thousand lakes. Border rangers and Hakkapeliittas were outnumbered and they were forced to retreat to their masters. The six tribes of Far North were scattered and resistance crumbled and the skaven moved towards the greatest city of the north, Turcu.
The war had started because of a small treasure, but such is the power of venegance. Finally, in a small town north of Turcu, Siksit found Tuomas and killed him with his desolate blade, and took the sapphire.
But Siksit was not satisfied with just killing Tuomas and and taking the sapphire, he wanted to poison all the lakes of Far North, that they would surely die a slow and horrible death.
That was when one rose trough the ranks of Far North, it was Peter Greatguts, a chieftain the tribe of Northarn, who attached the lucky golden horse shoes to his horses hooves, and rode with incredible speed trough the land of Far North and told everybody about Siksits plan to poison the lakes. Warlords agreed to join war against the foul ratmen and gathered their armies and marched to Turcu.
Every tribes army gathered in Turcu, and a council was made there and even the tribes that hated each other, were ready to forgive the old grudges, unite under one banner and try to free the skaven menace from their beautiful lands. The tribes united peacufully after many hundered year pause, Peter even succedeed rallying the Lappons, and their great shaman Miihkal, under his banner. An envoy was sent to the dwarf kingdom of Karak Ranud, beacause Far North did not want to take any riskes with the tailed devils.
It was then, when the smith called Ilmarinen, a demigod, agreed to forge six blades to each Warlord. They were all very powerful, but one was better than others, the Axe of Harmland, wielded by its warchief of that time, Jussi.
Siksit had made camp into the small town, and brewed poisons in there and when his spies returned, they told about the unification of the six tribes, and Siksit was not that happy. He killed the spies in his fury and gathered his army and marched to the nearest lake and prepared to poison it with his deadly brews.
It was then, when the Siksit looked to the south, and the people of Far North marched to war. It was the largest army of men ever seen in the North, led by Peter Greatguts and Lappon great shaman Miihkal himself. Siksit prepared for battle and formed a defensive formation near the lake.
The army of Far North charged, and great was its battlecry. The Lappons and their famous reindeer riders attacked from the skaven armys left side when the main army attacked the front. The battle was so great that the poisoned lake turned red from the blood of skaven and men. Siksit tried to fight his way to Peter Greatguts, but he was killed by the warchief of Savanst of that time, Tomi the Cunning.
But skaven numbers were great and the day was not winned yet. The battle was even for half a day, but then, from the skaven armys right side, came the dwarfs of Karak Ranud. Skaven army was surrounded and overrun. The skaven decided to swim across the lake instead of surrendering or dying by the hand of their enemies. No ratmen survived to the other side, they drowned, or died to the cold or to the underlings of Ahti, god of the sea, who commanded the pikes and sea snakes to kill the skaven or drag them to the bottom of the lake.
The men of Far North and the dwarves of Karak Ranud shouted for victory and they feasted in Turcu because the celebration of victory. It was great feast, for three days they mourned, and for four days they celebrated on the great hall of Turcu.
The two main leaders were awareded from an unexpected source. It was the water god Ahti, who was thankful for the Far Northerns to protect their lakes, he awarded Peter with his own weapon, the mighty Trident of Ahti. But to Miihkal he gave even a item of even more value, he raised a wave and to the shore appeared a familiar thing from the legends. Ilmarinen recognized the thing, it was the Sampo, a legendary long lost ancient thing with great power, that had helped the Far Northerns to survive from their trip to Far North, made by Ilmarinen himself.
Today, Peter and Miihkael are long dead, and maybe Ilmarinen too. But their spirits will live on, and it was Peter who made the idea of Northern Guts, which is nowadays a term amongst the tribes of Far North. But their sons live on, and the items, Trident of Ahti, The Sampo, the Warchief´s blades and the Axe of Harmland are still used by the people of Far North in these hard times, and the original carriers, are never forgotten.

It was made from the finest gold, and decorated with strange glyphs. There were three holes in the side of the machine, and a great lever on top of it. The people of the tribes watched in awe, when Ilmarinen rotated the big lever. From the three holes started pouring gold, flour and salt to the ground.
Sanokaa jos menin aivan mehtään.
