Täytyy vähän kannustaa täältä reunamilta, että jaksat työntää loppuun asti:) Aivan älyttömän toimivia pelinappeja, ja varsinkin tuo toinen pikkufigu tuuttaa tykisti. Inkvisiittori on tosiaan vähän mitäänsanomattoman näköinen, mutta se lienee pitkälti makukysymys. Ehkä joku viininpunaisen sävy tms. olisi piristänyt muuten kovin mustaa olemusta.
Koska kyseessä ovat pelinapit, ei maalauksesta viitsi mussuttaa sen kummemmin kuin että varsinkin ison I:n kohdalla jalkojen likaisuus näyttää vähän hutaistulta. Tai siis että se näyttää siltä, että se lika on maalattu siihen vahingossa alustan maalauksen yhteydessä.
Aivan mainiota menoa, ja on todella kunnioitettavaa nähdä tällaista jälkeä syntyvän tähän tahtiin! Itselläni kun menee yhteen nappiin aina vähintään se pari viikkoa tai kauemminkin...

Oh my gewdness! Diggaan aivan täysillä tota jengiä! Erittäin toimivia konversioita tuolla. Tykkään varsinkin heavy stubberia kantavasta IG jannusta ja sen kannatinlaitteista. Tulee aivan Alien 2 ja rambomerijalkaväki mieleen. 'Conissa saatiin jo ensimakua mitä pystyt loihtimaan silvotuista muoviosista ja vahvasti näyttää siltä, että taito ei ole ruostunut.
Eikös olekin paljon hauskempaa tehdä ryhmä yksilöityjä figuja, kuin yksilöityjä figuja ryhmään? Armeijaskaalassa ne hienot konversiot ja kikkailut hukkuvat itseensä. Toista se on näissä pienen skaalan peleissä.
Jaa, että on Herr Inkvisitor liian tumma? Pyh, inkvisition jos kenen kuuluukin näyttää juuri tuolta, varjoista vaikuttavia tummia hahmoja. Katsotaan sitten kun koko jengi on maaleissa kuinka se erottuu muusta porukasta.

On kaunista. Tuo isohattuinen kaveri oli todella tyylikäs jo figunakin.
Alempi, "Loot"(kose oli, en jaksa tarkistaa). Mikäs figu se oli? Muistutti jotenkin sellaista OKn gnoblaria, joka kantaa vaikka mitä mukana, mutta enpä ole varma...

Sä olitki se "fellow finn" jolta ton idean lakalle sain. Olin ostanu sitä joskus puol vuotta sitten, mut ei ollu saumaa/rohkeutta koittaa.

DAY 6
It’s Nils Madsen, a ganger, coming at you today. Madsen has sailed the merchant fleets around the sector and beyond, acting as chief of security for dodgy cruisers and captains and this is how he crossed ways with Inquisitor Gauer many, many years ago.
I’m happy with the conversion and most of the paintjob. I did screw up with the scarf, trying to make it look like those worn in the middle east, but it’ll do. There’s also a pic of the first 3 together.
We rolled for the territory and experience today. I got fitting places like “guilder contacts” for my gang. I’ll see if I can find a handy way to post the sheet. Maybe just scan it and post the pic or see if AB has a handy way to do it.
There were several cool warbands! A Cawdor one made of converted ringwraiths! Very cool and a great theme. Hammer’s Blood Brotherhood of course. Nice looking Escher and Orlock gangs. Plus others we didn’t see yet. I have high hopes for Sickbunny’s SWAT, because he’s a very talented modeller. I took some pics – but the lighting was really crap. I’ll see what I can do with PS at some point.

Onhan tää aikalailla hubaa - harrastamista parhaillaan IMO.
Luolassa/GWllä/himassa, hieman vaihdellen, 1-2 peliä viikossa. Krister vetää kamppanjan. Helsingissähän mä eksyilen kokoajan. Lahdessa ei oo ollu ees viikkotukikohtaa puoleentoista vuoteen, vaan oon reissannu tota väliä. Nyt oon koko ajan stadis ja väsään Suunnolle lopputyötäni. Siellä on muitakin hienoja jengejä - mainostan vaikka täällä ennen otteluita.

DAY7
No pics of painted models today. Why you ask? Because I want to varnish them before taking some pictures. I got almost the whole gang painted today! Doing factory style work helped a lot and I have the hard work behind me. This means I have just the fun stuff, the final highlights, some detail, glazing and weathering to do. I also got “Abbot”, the flamer heavy, fully finished. You will see him tomorrow.
I also played my first game today! What a fan game it is!! I first watched Sickbunny’s SWAT attack Hammer’s Bloodpact, before slipping away voluntarily. Sickbunny had a great start with his 50cal barret conversion (Auto Cannon rules) blowing up the pact leader from his vantage point, but Hammer got back and the SWAT moved away to lick their wounds. Both gangs are SO COOL! As soon as I get to meet them somewhere with even moderate light, I will take pics. I’ll also write full battle reports eventually, with pics, when the gang building effort is less intense.
I then met the winner, Hammer, in my first game. The Gang Fight game went well for the veteran guardsmen of Gauer, who used superior squad level tactics to engage in fights where they had devastating firepower superiority. The Bloodpact lost 3 “man down” and bottled. The Inquisition confiscated the traitor settlement! Gauer and his henchmen also captured two of the mysterious pact and after thoroughly “interrogating” them, gave them away for the custodies (Hammer didn’t want to buy the losers back). I rolled a lot better for experience than in the beginning. Ganger “Cherokee” got WS+1 (lol) for a wonderful shot that took Fester from the Pack out. “Loot” rolled a six for his experience and I opted for stealth, since the bugger has no guns. I rolled escape artist, which is fitting for his size.
This game really gave me more juice to keep going and I’m already thinking about new additions. I was very surprised to see how cool a game it is, how much fun overwatch etc. is and how it allows you to have fire teams advance and then have other cover them. It’s also great to have so many cool gangs in the campaign.
This is going to be fun!

Day 8 and 9
The whole gang is pretty much done. You’ll see the heavies today, two very different models. A priest type of henchmen with a flamer, and a former =I= stormtrooper with a heavy stubber. Both did very well in game one and earned 11 and 10pts of experience respectively.

Day 10
I’m posting a mammoth update today. I’ll be away on a business trip, so the daily update thing wont happen, so you get the whole current gang today J It took me a week to finish the whole gang – they aren’t showcase quality, but neat enough gaming models that I’ll be happy to tweak after games/stat/gear-updates.
The gang is likely to grow of course, and I’ll be reporting of the additions in due time and also posting stuff about the games and the campaign. I’m also working on another small team of miniatures, now that I’ve found such a cool little skirmish system with narrative added. (more of this in a another thread after the trip)
