Hmm...nyt taitaa löytyä käyttöä uusille sauruksille (horned/cold ones), 8 terradonille, 3 stegadonille, 5 salamanterille, forest dragonille...Lugribossk at WPS kirjoitti: At the just completed (go Tomb Kings!) Giant Fanatic 6 tournament here in Denmark, I had a quick chance to thumb through the new Chronicles 2004. I didn't get to look at the new Q&As, but I did find a new Lizardmen appendix/trial list.
It is themed around dinosaurs, and as such has no general, Lords, Heroes, skinks or sauruses. But it has plenty of monsters:
Core:
Packs of horned ones or cold ones.
Terradons.
And probably something I have forgotten.
Special:
Salamanders (I didn't get to see what happens when they roll a misfire).
Stegadons.
Carnosaurs.
Great Wyrms, basically a stegadon with impact hits exchanged for flying.
Rare:
Thunder Lizard, a really big dinosaur-thing with US12, that only allows enemies to hold when being charged, and gives -1Ld on all tests it causes.
Coatl, a winged feathered lizard-thing, with 4 magic levels, "junglesinging", -1 to hit with shooting and 3+ ward save. Is 0-1 and costs an additional Lord slot.
For army-wide special rules, they get +1 dispel dice per 1000 points, cold-blooded and "territorial". This lets them automatically pass all Ld-based tests while in their own deployment zone, gain stubborn and an additionaly LD-test dice (for a total of 4!) while outside the enemy deployment zone, and forces them flee towards their table edge when they run away.
Looks like a really cool list, much more potential than the South "Tomb Swarm! Run away!!!" lands list.
...vaikka tuo lista näyttääkin loppuviimein varsin tyhmältä.
